Our TUFF TRAC® Roof Walkway System provides a defined path to walk on for those servicing and repairing HVAC systems and other equipment found on low-slope roofs. TUFF TRAC® with Peel & Stick Technology Using a specially formulated hot-melt adhesive system, Biltrite has developed and designed a unique peel & stick self-adhering product. This new TUFF TRAC® product can be easily installed by peeling off the poly release liner from the hot melt adhesive on the back of the walkway and affixing the walkway to the desired location on the roof membrane. This peel & stick product provides adhesion over 100% of the walkway, giving it adhesion far superior to that of walkway applied with tape strips or spot welding. TUFF TRAC® with Safety Edge To provide the highest level of safety for roof maintenance personnel, we have engineered certain of our roof walkway products with a bright yellow safety stripe border on each edge. This provides an improved visual guide as to where to walk, thereby reducing possible damage to the membrane.
